    Hi everyone,

A small, family-owned trucking company here. We've been operating with no issues for 4 years, until today. When trying to book a load with RXO, they told me there's a 411 report that we've been associated with multiple MCs. I've never heard of this before, nor have we ever had anything to do with another MC. I cannot contact 411, and I am losing business because of this.

Any idea what I can do to see why someone would post this?

Any recommendations on good attorneys, who understand and care for the trucking business?

    Thanks, everyone, for your time.
Times are tough right now, but let's push through!

No, I am the only one who books our loads, ever.

Bury the offender in litigation, that’s what I would do.
Another reason I never leave anything less than glowing reviews. Unless that broker can prove their assertion, they’re screwed.

    silverspur Thanks this.
