Wow.. Its unreal how driving for one of the best companies in the business can be so bad.. Look.. I drive for walmart.. its not one of the best companies, but THE BEST COMPANY there is to drive for.. I have been there for two years and dont like it.. I LOVE IT... yes I work 5 days, but im home before dark on the 5th day.. then off 2.. next week I work 5 days and off 3.... I use to work for Dominos pizza and unloaded everything by hand and my best year was 86,000.. both years I have been at walmart I smoked that....I dont know the figures everyone is talking about only making 60,000 to 70,000 a year, but there is lots more money to be made compared to those figures...We also get a driving bonus every quarter, A GOOD ONE, .. have good insurance and Benefits, and the equipment is second to none... Also the wife or kid can ride with me anytime.. and layover also with me... not many companies will do that one...Look dont knock this company until you try it, and when you do I would love to walk up to you andshake your hand and say WELCOME MY FRIEND TO THE BEST COMPANY TO DRIVE FOR....

Yea especially being under 27. Got the rest of my life ahead of me. Growing up with barely the shirt on my back to what I've become, 70-100k a year is more than enough for the wife and I until we are ready for the next step....kids, bigger headaches, gray hair.

That's not going to be the case next year. Or even in a few weeks. Best place to start isn't online. It's talking to the drivers or calling to DCs themselves.

Not t saying they are not making what the claim, but I've talked with fairly new drivers claiming "I make X amount of money, when I ask for proof? They deny my request, which leads me to believe they are full of dodo

I know if a driver asked me about how much I make I wouldn't care to show proof either. Unless you are someone I'm applying for a loan and ask for that kind of information, you really are a no one that has no business knowing how much I do or do not make. But that's just my perspective.
