Your right to an point, but don't come to me saying, I make $5000 a week net as a LP, which I have heard, then refuse to put your money where your mouth is, now if I just walked up to you and said, show me what you make, I'd fully expect to be told to flake off, don't come to me claiming to make some obscene amount of money with out proof
How come everyone isn't driving for Walmart?

And I agree with what you are saying. I don't really understand the point of even publicly announcing how much to make to begin with. There's always someone doing better and worse than you are. I don't care if I make a million dollars a year. I surely wouldn't tell some random stranger that regardless of their occupation. Good way to get robbed or killed nowadays putting thoughts into the wrong persons head.

And besides, if someone makes more than you, doesn't mean they see more of that money. People will be quick to say they make(for example) $5000 a week but won't tell you they pay $4900 a week in bills, debt, and child support. Yep, the good life

Think we are on the same page, I don't just tell someone, I make X amount of money, back in 09' at a rest area, I ran into a Prime lease op, we both had boxers, he began asking me if I like working for JCT, told him I was happy with the company, he begins to tell me he nets no less than $5000 a week, and if do better with Prime, I said as a lease op? He assures me yes, so! I told him if he can proof that? I would contact Prime, apply for a job and give them his name as my recruiter! But he said he wasn't will to show me, told I believe he's full of dodo,

Lol yea I get you. In a situation like that, I can understand how it came up in conversation. 100% failed at trying to recruit you with those magical gross figures. If by any chance he wasn't completely lying, I bet he see less than 10%

He actually said that's what he netted a week
-
If that were true, everyone would be leasing to prime

I'm pretty happy with my decision to quit FedEx Freight and work for Walmart. I made a lot more than they advertise on XM in their ads my first year and I've done better each consecutive year. I'm also paying off a lot of outstanding debt (Dave Ramsey/Financial University), so I'm seeing more of my money too.

Someone said something about a 6/3 schedule. Did you get to choose the schedule you work or were you assigned one?

You b
You bid on schedules/trucks. Whatever sounds good to you, bid on. I bid and got an assigned truck and a 5 on, 2 off work week. I get after it pretty hard and my ADP (Average Day's Pay) is over $380. Lots of drivers make more.
