Stayed out a month now I'm taking a week off, money was good so I just kept rolling..
Normally a week or two at most, but again if money is good I'll roll with it.
How long do you stay out

Hey if you don’t mind telling who do you haul for? I’m looking through NC for companies now.

I've stayed out for 2 months straight earlier this year...wasn't easy but money was good then...
ncmickey and '07 KW w/53' Conestoga Thank this. -
Ya....what happened to it??? It's Christmas, rates should be through the roof!!!

My first truck blew up, I was down for like a month and then I went and bought another one and I just been takin it easy...'07 KW w/53' Conestoga Thanks this.

Oh...BUMPER! Better luck with your new one!!!

For me personally its far more unnerving driving during the day. Headlight glare or glare from the sun.. Take your pick.
I can keep my truck on the road. Far fewer idiots cutting me off at night. There's the occasional fatigued trucker thats all over the place. But when that happens I just keep distance.'07 KW w/53' Conestoga Thanks this. -
I typically stayed out for three weeks. If I stayed too close to home, to get home, they ran me by the week and it was really hard to make decent money.

Oh but the live loads from 7-3 yeah that might mess with you a little driving at night.
'07 KW w/53' Conestoga Thanks this.
