How much do You want it

Picked up a new student Sunday. The last one did fine but was very mentally taxing felt like I had a teenager to babysit. Well this am I wake up before the alarm to the sound of rain and a little sleet. I go to tell the new guy we'll focus on in cab. But he is outside in the cold rain doing the pretrip. No that's how it should be

 

Kinda sucks that you don't even know me and would assume the worst. I haven't been posting much as I've been busy. But for your knowledge I'm one of the good guys.

 

Well I have nine people who i have trained and or instructed. 4 of which I was the instructor. All of my students have passed all three parts of cdl test on first attempt. Since my ninth is just getting his truck take him out of the picture but the other 8 are all accident free. And while it does not make much of a difference in 3 months I we be at three years. In my prior career I was a corporate trainer. Teaching people how to correctly do a job does take some experience in the field but more importantly it takes an ability to communicate the expectations of the job.
