How to avoid neck/back pain when driving 11 hours hours a day

    Also, once that expensive seat is installed, the truck may be sold, you quit, get fired,etc. Good luck getting that seat back from the company!!

    well I havent started working yet, im doing one of them longer training programs, because the government subsidy saves me from spending thousands of dollars on it

    There are many different exercises a.d postures you can try to relieve your pain. Just need to find what's right for your body type. I've tired a few and found the head to side every once in awhile and walking helped. Walking helped the most. Good luck and I hope you all find a solutions to your problem. VO VO

    I’m pretty sure old Lloyd boy (the OP) has flown the coop. That said, I’m sure all that exercising stuff you’re talking about is great but don’t you think it’s a little over the top in this case?

    I mean, we’re just talking about some youngster that hasn’t been trucking long enough to know there’s little out on the old asphalt wagon train that a little booze, blow, or wormins can’t work wonders for.

    Just sayin’....
