I might be local but I just did a 45 day stretch. No matter what you do in trucking you have to put your time in to make money

Maybe they are smarter than we where and trying to get there before they are old, wrinkled, and no longer relevant. As you can see from my response, I hate old people bashing Mellenials. BTW..I'm 54

You can definitely make money teaming, even as a rookie.

Most people don't want to do it, for good reason. Or they can't do it. That's why you get paid more.

It turns out I am able to do it. I can work with one guy, get to know him his likes and dislikes, and meet him at least half way on most things. I deal with his idiosyncrasies and he deals with mine.

It's a wild ride sometimes.. but my net worth has thanked me for it.

Without trucking I grossed maybe 800 a week tops at the height of my previous career with about 10 years experience. With trucking, my record so far is 3450.00 in my first year, or maybe just after it. Not sure. :)

risk and reward 1 year you need 12 months with them or any company you may find less but they may pay less consider that if you consider oil field makes sure you are clear what you will not do in your questions they will have you breaking a lot of laws otherwise because they will assume your a supertrucker or just don't care they are your boss now. my brothers has worked for oil field his idea was with instead of for as a surveyor paid by them minus the BS he now sold his company but works for them now as project manager of a major oil company he could retire anytime he has saved every dime he could and invested a lot in stuff like buying multiple travel trailers, RV and now rents them out for oil field that's just one method he is paid on his investments. I chose to run-down storage units repurpose them for oil field equipment space

Very punny! It’s like anything else, just with more attendance rules for 1.1 through 1.3
