How to report a drug using driver?

We had a driver fail their pre employment screening by giving a sample that tested "above normal range" for temperature. Examiner said it was steaming and maxed the test strip that reads up to 112*f and the guy refused to do an observed test.
The "driver" likely will never drive again from my understanding and I'm okay with that.

If what you say is true, he needs to be off the road ASAP before he seriously causes some harm to himself and other innocent road users, contact the local police they should be able to steer you in the right direction. If something happens and there is a serious incident, have you thought about the consequences? As he obviously is not, when he chooses to drive on the highway so someone needs to make the tough decision if he won't then you should take the necessary action. Don't wait till its to late.

 

Drugs are bad, m'kay but we forget that the number issues accidents is in fact distracted driving using a phone, guy in Dallas few years used a laptop to watch porn rolled it over... so i mean its really bad all of it when it rains in dallas there's always people who go too fast on the curves had an O/O in Dallas while back did something ended up off the road managed not flip it but it was stuck from clearly going too fast or doing something stupid. I would turn him or her in the person on drugs there are ways to say it to bosses but his cdl will be gone honestly if you have drug problem you don't need be driver many jobs out there doesn't require you being a driver and I have know 60+ year old people go to collage for a better job and it sucks to see that personally when in my 60s i plan to stop working and fish all-day every day and everyone else can go f themselves lol

 

which ever one his safety dept feels he needs to take. Its their call.

You do know a company can't just sent a driver for a drug test don't you? They have to have a reason.
Pre-employement.
Truly random
Observed by a specially trained person in the company,
And some return to duty after failing stuff.

But no, a company cannot send someone to a drug test 'just because' Or even 'someone reported'

 

Apparently not all drug tests are the same. Corporate America looks for the best deal when purchasing services. I had a trainee who “beat” their drug test by using fake urine. The testing company we use doesn’t test for fake urine or any masking agents. While other drug testing companies offer a more expensive test which would spot the polluted sample.
Save a penny just to spend a dollar I guess.

they do check for all that theres check list one is right temp, I can safely say from my companies I have been to many failed company drug test 25 people only 18 remained just from the drug test alone one the samples was black liquid guy said herbal tea made that way and it wouldn't be detectable guess what it was detectable. I could understand no need to check on certain drugs example steroids, HGH for a company driver since this isn't a sport.
