It is a common thing for people to back out of orientation. Happens every single orientation. If you didn't show up for orientation, you were never hired. So, it's not going on your record for backing out, and you don't ever list them as employers.
So, what's the big deal? Even if you don't call them, they're not going to hold it against you. But out of courtesy, I would call them and tell them that I got a better offer.blairandgretchen Thanks this. -
