How would you get a cdl licensed driver to then let you use his truck or rent a truck

In Indiana when you take the CDL test they just charge 75$ more if you need to use there equipment. As for getting practice your on your own on that. Insurance company's pull a lot of weight in this business, even if you can find a O/O or someone to let you use there truck it might not be legal if you have a incident. JMO
