Howdy!

Looks like I joined back in 2009, but this is my first post. Life got in the way I guess. I am going to be unable to work for a while so I am thinking I may be sociable on here part of the time. I do have auteur motives for connecting with truckers on here, and I don't know where else to go with this.
I have been obsessed with garmin gps and have had one ever since they were introduced back in 2005 I think. I have become very good at creating my own custom vehicle icons to use as the pointer, instead of using the standard garmin ones. I have created several dozen trucks that look great on the garmin, and have one that mimics the truck I drive now.
I guess my question to drivers would be "does this interest anyone else out there?". Another question would be "is there any place within this forum to talk to drivers about a custom project if there is interest?"
If there is no place here for this, it is no problem at all. This will be my last time to raise the subject. I read the rules.
I used to spend SO much time working on these things that my wife has a name for it… "playing cars". She says that no one would be interested in what I do, but I wonder if she is right.
