I don't mind those. But driver facing and audio recording is just too much.

    Hey Mike great thread!
Do y’all get tired of dedicated? My husband and I have never done dedicated run so ... can cover PROS & CONS?

Also, any insight on the terminal in Sauget Illinois?

    Thanks
    Andrea

This has been a fantastic thread. Keep it up! Thanks for being so informative.
My husband and I were just hired at R&L as a team in Chester, VA and start on the 26th of August. Really looking forward to it! The ops manager that interviewed us said he spoke to the guy who assigns dedicated routes in Wilmington Ohio and he is thinking we will either be assigned Richmond to Wilmington or Richmond to Atlanta. We were told our pay would be from $1800-$2300 each. Does this sound accurate? We have run into 2 different teams while out with our current company and they both were extremely happy with R&L! We feel blessed to be given the opportunity to make this kind of money and still be home every weekend! Any advice you can throw our way would be greatly appreciated!

We did paperwork and computer work today. Monday we work with a driver on more training. Hopefully we will be in a truck soon!
