    Yes you have a point. They act like Old Dominion is the end all be all to trucking jobs. I'd rather run the road with a dry van or reefer than deal with doubles, night shifts, or constant city driving.. There was a guy on here who quit OD because they worked him like a dog.

    We have never been ones to run off from hard work but if pulling doubles is harder than raising teenagers then we might meet our doom. LOL...Not too worried about doubles, hauled a lot of different stuff while in the military, straight truck with trailer as well as tractor trailers with flatbeds and dropdecks, fuel, water, etc...Will be checking out ODFL along with US Express, Watkins/Shepard, System Transport, and a few others...There is also a local reefer company, Holman, out of Caldwell, Idaho, but haven't found much info on them...they are right near the school so we will talk with them...Werner, has been contacting us about once a week, but thats a last resort. We would like to run Canada and Alaska too. Prefer to stay out of the Northeast as much as possible, especially NY city and NJ. went there once too a RV show and it was maddening.
    We applied for our passport card yesterday, and will be getting HazMat, Tankers, doubles/triples.
