I agree with the idea and have often thought of how to redesign a regular size sleeper to put a shower and toilet in one.
But the truckstops are already nasty enough with pee bottles and bags of #### that the lazy bass tards throw everywhere. All we need is every single drivers opening the valves to their 20 gallon tank filled with crap and letting it rip all over the parking lot !

 

There is a 5 gallon bucket camping ####ter with paded seat,lid and chemical . Designed with eazy grips perfect for pitching on d bag trucks taking their 30 at the fuel island .

A standard OEM big bunk is usually 76 to 80" . If you wanted a sleeper combo shower/potty from a third party builder, you would probably need roughly a 110" sleeper. You could probably find a nice one in the used market.
