And then what? I don't actually want to read the gory details. I just want everyone interested in the answer to silently think through the full process from start to finish and examine if one's dignity will be intact afterwards.

Trash bag goes in before anything else goes in. Easy disposal.

Watching videos on YouTube about off-grid and tiny home living I learned that if you keep the solids and the liquids separated BOTH are easier to dispose of AND there will be much much less odor. I believe that's the key to making this problem more convenient etc..

Joolca also has great shower & sink products, geared towards overlanders.

Considered utilizing in customizing my last truck if done myself. But, alas, I took the easy way out & bought from ARI.(edit: Not from ARI, rather bought an already built ARI from a dealership).

Without going into any particularly gory details, you take the bag out, tie the neck of the bag into a knot to effectively seal in the aroma, and dispose of properly at your leisure, preferably in a dumpster.

I sure wouldn’t flush kitty litter down a toilet unless I really didn’t like the toilets owner, that’s practically a guaranteed blockage.

Dumpster it is! There’s plenty of those around. I just didn’t want to put anything in a trash can anywhere near a fuel island. I’ve pulled up to pumps before and some nasty people had put a #2 in a trash can and it stunk bad. I’m not that kind of person at all. My wife said once that I’m the cleanest guy she’s ever seen.
