    When the temperature rises,tempers rise with it. Last week I was in that neck of the woods on I-35 going down to Laredo. Passing thru the construction zone south bound two 4 wheelers had a fender bender and they were about to fight it out on the shoulder. Add to that an old International cement mixer breaking down in the right hand lane(one of only two lanes available for traffic) and Fort Worth's finest had their hands full!
