I am least onto a company who is the best insurance company For truck comp and collision

I heard on here somewhere that OoIDA does not payout.

That's who I have now but my truck is still listed at the value that I paid for it and not the new 90 to $100,000 replacement costs. I want to make sure I'm insured for replacement costs and not actual cash value. Recommendations?
