That driver in the right lane appears to be no more distracted than the wheel holder in the left lane who can't pass someone in a curve.
I can’t pass you, so you’ll make room

No buddy it isn't my problem. I am governed @75 mph but drive 70 and more often than not wil put you out of your misery by accelerating but it depends how I feel about you.IluvCATS Thanks this.
-
That’s mean. You should just slow down so I can pass.

Are you insinuating that you would risk your CDL's to make a reckless pass in these icy curves against a driver who has already demonstrated that he likes to dip his tires over into your lane?
-
I only have 1 CDL. Like it was pointed out you weren't even holding your lane prior to the pass not to mention your distracted looking for video footage.
-
lol I knew you would fall for that "cdl's" piece of cheese, you're so easy.
I was changing lanes to pass, how is one expected to cross over the zipper without crossing over the zipper to pass sensei? -
The roads are "Icy" according to you but yet you just sit in the left lane not even a cars length back from the driver. So if its so Icy and he jack knifes what do you suppose happens to you?
