That's an annoying amount of micromanagement. I'd rather my employer just trust me to get good fuel economy, but still get the load there on time.

The better person would have been smart enough to know he shouldn't try to have passed a truck he couldn't get by in a timely manner. The only exception to this that i can imagine is of a truck moved to the left lane to allow another truck to merge on to the interstate. In that case the truck merging onto the interstate has the responsibility to not block the one that let him in out in the left lane.

 

I love those down hill speed racers. they see even bigger tools than swift trying to pass another swift.
