I am having a hard time figuring out how this and the others, DoorDash, UberEats, and such, can be profitable employment. If i order $50 from a grocery store, how much would i be charged for delivery? Would my groceries now cost me $75-$100, or basically double. Am i that lazy that i would double my costs? And how much of that delivery charge does the delivery driver get? Then, on top of that, i am supposed to TIP the delivery driver 10-20%.

Truck Driver Responsibilities:

• Delivering kegs, and alcohol, lifting & carrying repetitively 70+ lbs. while walking, bending and climbing stairs
• Driver will average 15-20 stops daily- physical unloading at each stop
• Training will consist of a ride along for 2+ weeks to learn routing, scanning, etc. in helper role
• Driver works 4-day work week- Tuesday-Friday starting times are based on your routes but early morning starts until route complete.(there can be flexibility on this)
• 40+ hours weekly, home nightly, no mountains
• OT paid after 40 hours weekly

 

We order like that. $9.00 delivery fee and the tip is paid online; just add it to your bill when you check out. 10% is recommended, but we pay 15%. The delivery drivers sets it by the front door, hits the door bell and leaves. We never see the driver.
Each grocery outfit has their way of paying.
My neighbor that does Instacart says it's the most expensive.

I also gained allot of weight but have lost it all. How? I stopped eating all carbs and sugar. If you are nervous team up for awhile and the pay is usually better as a team anyway. As soon as my partner gets back from vacation we will hopefully take off again.
