The FMSCA with CVSA Has a rating called the ISS scores. While you may have run a Schneider rig with violations, their OOS rate is @18% compared to 56% for Donovan. This will give Schneider a lower ISS score. When DOT look at a truck they check the ISS score. with a 56% OOS you will be in the "Must Inspect' Category. From the FMCSA:
The FMCSA ISS score, or Inspection Selection System score, is a rating from 0 to 100 that helps determine which commercial vehicles should be inspected at weigh stations. A lower score indicates a better safety record, with scores categorized as "Pass" (1-49), "Optional" (50-74), or "Inspect" (75-100), influencing the likelihood of being pulled over for inspection.

Man I can see a bunch of nicer looking freightliners in his yard but I can't see the side of them. They might have yet another name on the side of those.

Lmao. I hauled rail road crews around. I would go South side and pick up train crews on side tracks. South side of Chicago. Hookers, hookers, hookers.

I haven't seen street walkers since then. Rarely. Maybe every 18 months or 24 months. Driving truck. So it's not even as upscale as Cicero or Maywood.

If you see no issue with someone getting their authority revoked multiple times over the years all because you want a free place to live there is no helping you.

Dude this part of town is rough not gonna lie. It's just as nasty as anything I've seen anywhere else. But I don't really give a hoot. I see almost as many cops as hookers. Always nice to have options :)
