This is my neck of the woods, and you won't be able to rent a garden shed around here for under $2K.

Do u have flatbed experience? I think the training pay is only for brand new rookies so they make sure u have the knowledge of how to not put a load of steel beams thru the back of the sleeper

Yep about 6 months I did mostly flatbed. I've hauled rebar and steel, lots of steel at master halco.
That's super low, less than Schneider paid me hourly.

$14 per hour -- for a month with a trainer?

I sure wish Schneider offered/paid me that....back when I first started!!!

Training pay is usually pretty modest stuff -- your pay should increase after training...& after you get some real experience.

New drivers (less than 12 - 16 months in) don't make great pay -- since pay is usually based (at least partly) on your experience level.

The team driving job? Pass. You will hate driving team -- especially if you & your "partner" don't get along.

The slip seating job? Pass. I'm slip seating now -- that sux, too. Why share a truck with morons who won't clean up after themselves?

Thr heavy equipment job? Pass. Limited class "A" experience (if any).

Super Ego? Pass. Basically...it's widely viewed pretty much the same as Western Express.

No doubt its low..I didnt make that coming in and nobody else did.. That has been changed recently. but i think its only for inexperienced drivers with no flatbed exp since they started hiring those types recently.. i could be wrong...
