    Thanks for the video! Nice relaxing music. Looks like a lot of drivers not taking care of the equipment. About the rebar load--maybe he was hoping a bobtail or hotshot could park behind him. Not sure what his other option was besides taking up 2 spots. That mudflap was ridiculous.

    Don't get all bothered by fault in these situations. Fault is clearly with the other driver. However you might get questioned about why you did not park correctly by safety. I can tell you as someone that has seen this side of it that contributing reasons can and sometimes is a killer.
