I saw that and had to wonder about it myself... Some say don't answer the phone but voicemail exists... Not calling back on an, "urgent legal matter," could also constitute as refusal.

If that had happened to me while I was out of the country back a couple months ago and had zero cell service... According to that company I would've refused a test.

I was in and out in 45 minutes. I don't recall ever being in and out of a meat plant that fast in my life.

 

Now picking up out by the airport and rolling for Mesa, AZ and a Monday morning delivery.
