I've had this problem .Only driven smaller truck local. Most of the big companies turn me down.They all tell me I need to be recent grad or exp.
The only companines that said yes was Swift,Western Express.

The bathroom thing was a joke, good buddy. Look, I know everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I actually understand where your coming from.

I have talked to every company for new drivers. Why? because all of a sudden, I am finding myself in that position. I made a choice to walk away from active driving and I am told I am going to basically start over, except I don't have to do the school thing, just a short over the road gig with a trainer for a few weeks, just to get back into the swing of things.

I talked to Roehl, FFE, Schneider, England, CRST, Prime, Gordon, and the list goes on and on and of all them, Trans Am was the only straight shooting company.

They have really nice equipment, nice people and I just feel like this is the type of company that one should want to run with. It's not the best company but to start with, it's not bad.
