Whatever you do, do it soon. It might be more than one mouse. If the female gives birth to a litter you're going to have a real problem. Also, if you kill the mouse remotely with poison or shock you'll get the "dead mouse smell" for quite a while.

Yeah, that one dude on ice road truckers had a deer mouse infestation in his truck and he was sick with flu like symptoms all the time.

Sticky traps. Go to the hardware store and get the biggest sticky traps you can. Rodents stick as close to walls as possible. Put them in the back of the cupboard, under seats and under bunk. Check them often. Get some peppermint oil and cover all the same places once you got him out. Good luck.

In all seriousness, try finding an ozone generator and leaving it run for a few hours inside your truck, then let it air out for a while. I've heard a lot of success stories about ozone getting rid of all kinds of rodents, even ground bees.
