I cannot confirm this but according to the ATS website experienced heavy haulers start at 50cpm . Maybe im Missing something additional pay perks , I do know that pay percentage but that sounds low for that type of skill. Screenshot_20200330-142746.png

When you undercut everyone and pull Heavy haul for peanuts how much can you really pay a driver?

It is low pay for what it is. Not to mention a new truck is assigned by seniority?

No, you go to any Mega Carrier that everyone hates, get put in a new truck, not everyone but a majority, and make more doing legal loads without all the hassle of OD....

They're lined up around the block for that .50 cpm.
If they had to pay more they would.

50 cpm is ok for something like dry van. Not loads that require permits

Funny , because on one page they have $ 0.50 cpm and on another page they have $0.67 - $0.71 cpm

Here's my guess: They have a specific driver or drivers that will pull superloads and they are paid well. The 'heavy haul' drivers they are targeting with that ad are really just pulling os/ow on a drop deck. Stepping stone towards bigger things but don't expect much more than an atta' boy.
