I lied on my DOT physical and now I am worried.

If anyone here is gonna be truthful…I’ll wager 1/2 the drivers over 50…60 for sure…that have done this job for a long time…would be the n 30 day cards…if it wasn’t for the self certification….and the fact HIPPA laws prevent them from ever bein able to ck…..

 

The data base is not some supper data collection center. Scanning all you possible heath data from every hospital. It not like hospitals report you heath data to the government.

they are looking for people that may be taking pain pills or anxiety pills. If you were in hospital and had prescription for OxyContin and still on them they definitely would want to know about that

 

Yeah I know but sometimes they are deaf and you have to.

I had open heart surgery eight years ago. Of course I admitted it, but I sure wish I didn't have to. Now I have to spend $1500 every two years to have a treadmill cardiac stress test to keep a one year card, with a $500 meet and greet with the cardiologist on the odd years. This thread is making me wonder if I could have gotten away with "forgetting" that incident. That's $8000 wasted so far. Won't do any of it once I retire, that's for sure.
