Hello, I'm a fairly new driver that is out of a job. I worked with Western Express and to be honest I wasn't well trained in addition to my driving school before I began working. I was fired due to many csa points and I wanted to know if there were any opportunities that I could qualify for to further my career in the industry. I do have an accident from 2022, a speeding ticket of 20 over in 2021 and reckless driving in 2023. I know that's pretty rough but I'm willing to become a safer driver and need a second chance. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

The 20 over is the real problem.
Drivers with worse records than you have found jobs on Craigslist and Facebook.
Go to each website and look at the trucker groups/pages and you'll find something.
Make dozens of phone calls and leave dozens of phone messages.
If a company says "no" on a phone call, then submit an application to same company via the website. Those companies won't know you already called and were rejected.

Not to sound too offensive, but a driving job isn't for everyone.
Your best bet would be to find some dock work or the like and if you can manage to not get in more trouble driving you can try again with a clean mvr in a few years.

Where is your location; state & nearest town/city?\
Some non-cdl OTR box truck companies might hire you.

    Okay:
You Made Your Bed, So Now You Have To Sleep In It!!

    MY ADVICE:
STAY AWAY FROM ANY CLASS A OR B TRUCK DRIVING EMPLOYMENT UNTIL AT LEAST 2026, if ever again.

You appear to be too much of a RISK.

Did you tell them you thought you needed more training before being cut loose?

My only suggestion would be one of the 1099 outfits.
They may be your only chance with the record you have.
If you can get on I'd hope you can work without another ticket of any kind as you won't likely get another chance..
    Good luck.

Ooooo weeeeee.....little experience, accident last year, and 20 over, it's going to be daunting. There are companies that take your CSA score into consideration. Magnum definitely does. I won't say it's impossible, but it will be tough. Try some 2nd chance companies, the worst they can say is no. In the meantime, while your in any vehicle, drive better.
