Is this a cost saving measure? Moving usually costs a lot of money……not something YRC ever has a lot of.

They probably can’t. Either borrowing or screwing employees some back handed way.

It's not "YRC" anymore, changed to "Yellow Corp.". The new owners, Cheng Sheng Holding Concern of China( just kidding), but a company that loses as much money as they do, $104 million in 2019, and $53 million in 2020 and still compiling the loss for 2021, who do they think they are, the post office? Their losses are in the BILLIONS every year. Typically, these outfits rarely make it more than 100 years, and I think time is running out on one of the oldest freight haulers, started in 1929.

I’ve heard yellow holds too many government contracts they can’t go under like the banks in 2008. Uncle Sam won’t let them go under

When you're $1.6 billion in debt, the cost of this move is barely a drop in the bucket.

Don’t worry the government has plenty of cash on hand to cover the move if they need it;)
