I have Grey Poo Pon. Western has a little more to offer than a simple car. Women are attracted to dollar bills. Men are the thing that makes that happen. Way it is.

You better be real good. 40 Tons of steel. A bunch to handle on dry pavement. The weather changes, the pay don't. Snow, Brake it down, S No W. Slow is the key. Bet your butt I'm afraid. Only Idiots are not.
You don't get a second chance to go off a 500 ft drop.
I'm Old Driver, got that way by being careful. Your mileage may vary. I hauled Grave markers for years.
All ways add one more. 77,980 nice load. St. Cloud Mn. We liked it.

Good luck with your future endeavors..I wouldn't let that CDL go just yet though. You never know when the day comes where you ask yourself ,,maybe I should go local. Home every night, running one or two states. You have 6 years,,dont throw it away just yet.
If you do, again ,,good luck.

After that length of time , you've got a decent grip on what the job is all about...or should have. But you never gave a couple of facets a try..like LTL , or food service , or tankers...but ultimately it's your choice....But at 60+..... you still have "bills"... I mean other than gas , groceries and power....sounds like you made some bad planning decisions in your younger days...at your age you should be totally out of debt...except for living expenses....And IMHO...passing on Wal-Mart..was a huge mistake...if you had a chance to drive for them , you passed on one of the best jobs in the industry...pay , benefits , the whole nine yards....but at 60+ and still in debt , like I said you don't make good choices........

    Moon_beam Thanks this.
