Allow me to illustrate the hidden scam. Its a flat out monopoly where this tiny group and sole owner and sole dispatcher exploit high turnover drivers for fast money and they get free new Pete's paid for 5x over or more. They are bound to three main cold storage and food processors and are thus limited to good pay on that on demand for them, and a core of 20 or so closer knit drivers who are seniority but moreover higher liability assets who are near to or actually own their trucks..to have to lose or piss off with cheap or the lower end runs.all at the sole who. And disgression and aggression of the power hungry apex predators predator woman who plays side wagers and pocket deals with the only broker licence to mainly women and other lgbt needy desperate impoverished stragglers in some sort of reverse discrimination the likes of which I hadn't seen since the u.s. army.
So..You cannot win. There is one outbound dispTcher and good luck on back haul to their yard for bols wed. Turn in . You pay everything.they switched to elog monitering. Even the new Pete's are crap rigged. You have little choices and total liability. You can end lease and lose any and all equity in truck. Take home time or have serious breakdowns and Work..in negative for No pay. Take my advice from last 6 Mo. If you're not local to Des Moines then question why they'd hire that far, and if you're local you know better. As I do now. A totally rigged and exploited system You cannot win unless like them and the red flag CSA rating are needing a fast on you're feet use and run job...beware.
