If I just quit CR England will swift buy out my contract?

I don't know of any that will hire while you're under contract with another company.I would suggest asking recruiter before filling out application.

 

Dozens of companies will hire him and couldn't care less about a CR England contract.

Because, some drivers I helped in the same situation went to work for those companies.
I won't start listing more trucking company names because there's too many. If the OP is interested, he'll ask.
That contract is between the driver and the trucking company and has nothing to do with any other company.
It's like that lie people are told during military basic training, "Go AWOL and we'll track you down and give you a Dishonorable Discharge and 20 years in a federal prison." It's all BS.

 

This is 2016 not 1765, indentured servitude is outlawed. Should have no problems applying and getting a new driving job. CRE may send letters asking for payment, by all means pay it off with your new job, or, not...

A credit card company will hire a local attorney to show up in small claims court to recover lesser amounts, why wouldn't a trucking company?
