Honor your commitment. My mentor sucked badly, but I stuck it out. On pace to make 80k this year. No ########. You can easily make 40+ your first year with Swift. You just have to run your ### off. If you can get on a dedicated fleet, even better.
If I quit swift while with my mentor do I still have to pay

Unless they changed it after April 2015, 13 months after solo status, a guy that I was in their "school" with got out of his at 6 months (somewhere close to that anyway) without having to pay. Call the coordinator that gave you their company business card and talk to them. If it's just a problem with your mentor then you can get a different one. If you don't feel you can handle the job and want to quit, then tell them, they just might (MIGHT is the key word) work with you. Otherwise, tough it out, put your year in without accidents or tickets and it will be worth the headache. You might be surprised at how much they will try to help you as long as you actually want to be a driver and treat the person on the other end of the phone with a little respect. Yeah, your just another number to them but your attitude will have a lot to do with how they help you.
slim shady and driverdriver Thank this. -
Why you quitting? Gut it out -
Grubby Thanks this. -
That or grab more play dooh and keep squeezing that while holding your Teddy Bear

Is there a reason why you want to quit? If you look at the contract your 12 months of indebted servitude starts when your mentor release you from training. If there is an issue with your trainer, talk to your TM/DM, and ask for a new one, just make sure you give them a plausible reason.

Forsure your have to pay contract is legal and terms not meant .And they did there part and you didn't so it's the right thing to do also . Good luck
Grubby Thanks this. -
Just quit, take the credit hit (if they even bother) and hope you don't get sued, which seems unlikely.

Not to mention incredibly savvy. -
Yes you will have to pay it back. Also if you quit with less than six months of driving you will more than likely have to go through the same training bs all over again somewhere else.
