I used to tell the "trainees" on my truck, "whatever you do, DO NOT calculate how many REAL hours you sat under that load into what you were paid for it on the settlement check! LOL

The only lawsuit *I* was aware of during my tenure was that $60 a day trainee pay b.s.

Do the math even on a 60 hour work week and it doesn’t equate to minimum wage.
