If you leave Swift before a year do you have to pay back the entire balance?

What ever it states in the contract, not sure why you simply didn't stay the extra few months then you'd of been free and clear.

 

This is the same guy that backed into a pole, damaged the trailer and didn't report it... people lined up to tell him, oh it's ok, never happened, off you go lol.

Is it any wonder he has the same mindset when it comes to an employment contract when that's the advice he gets after an accident?

I can see a dozen reasons why one would quit early. Simplest is a better job offer.
No his issue is he signed a contract without remembering what it said. He then didn't keep a copy of said contract. Then he got butt hurt when someone mentioned his failings. Too bad snowflake. Grow up a realize the only one looking out for number one is number one.

I would suggest asking swift.

 

They actually have a student loan department. Give them a call and someone will explain it to you.

 

Did you get something in writing from them saying that? I'm pretty sure the deal is they prorate your tuition for as long as you stay.
