    My career with jb started off as an Intermodal driver then I became an fm (fleet manager). Feel free to ask away, I will try to be candid as possible without bias. Stupid questions get stupid answers

    As O-o If you pick up two loads (from the same hub) with two separately invoiced loads to be dropped of in two different states, will you be paid for each shipment as separate loads (city A to city B and city A to city C) or just the difference in mileage between B & C?

    I was asked to be an fm, I have to deal with the new drivers which is a huge pain. I'm looking into driving again as I don't think the headaches are worth it. Not much crazy stories, just drivers being sloppy getting into accidents etc.

    If you do multiple loads as an o/o you should get paid for each load as well as milage pay. My highest paid driver makes over $1600 a week (freak of nature) I have about 5 drivers who make about 1250 weekly consistently. I have a few who make only 400 to 500 weekly but they're super lazy.

    Hardest part of my job is definitely dealing with the new drivers, some of just are unbelievably difficult to deal with.

    I worked for dcs for a year.

    why did you force us drivers to drive when we didn't feel safe doing so?

    why did JB report a 'preventable' for hitting a snow mound in Long Island, where there was minimal damage? This happened to me.

    why is JB hunt vindictive and why does the corporate executive hate its drivers ?

    Why do you force drivers to drive the boroughs when they are not comfortable doing so. (Happened to me again)

    and why, after suggesting the driver go with a experienced driver that KNOWS the boroughs inside out, did jb mgmt STILL insist on sending a driver there anyways?

    Why did jb mgmt send a driver who was exhausted at midnight out for another run who would eventually kill a cop on the shoulder doing speed traps because he fell asleep ?this happened - true story.

    and why is jbi the most greedy out of touch truckimg company I've worked for?

    these are questions I doubt you could answer.
