Does anyone know anything about Schneider National or what types of experiences new grads have had with them? what about Trans Am? I am looking for something regional, that will at least allow me to come home on the weekends. Or maybe 4 days out and 4 days in. Is this possible? please advise... Thanks in advance....

You will not get the hometime that you are looking for at Trans Am or any other reefer companie (Stevens or CR England, etc). Schneider does offer a Home Run Program were you share a truck with others drivers. They say you are home for 17 weeks out of 52 for the year.

You may also want to check out flatbed companies like Maverick, TMC, Boyd Brothers and McElroy. The tend to be pretty good about getting you home weekly (depending on where you live)
