Okay, either my googling skills are failing me or there really isn't much for used stock out there.

I've only come across brand new trailers with the exception of 1 used one.

Are these in high demand or do they just not make many of them?

mecahnical is lighter and cheaper and no pony motor that wont start (more reliable)
hydraulic is convenient and faster if you break it often
hydraulic can be raised for clearance over obstacles (RR xing)
hydro is heavier and costs more

kylefitzy, pavrom and beastr123 Thank this.

you can raise a mechanical as well — not ideal to have to drop the neck to do it but it’s a solution if in a situation

or you setup your truck with the ability to raise the bags

    beastr123 Thanks this.
