If you were in medical school to become a surgeon would you say the same thing? "come on, I have to remember all these vein and arteries, organs and tissues to sew back together after hacking into somebody's body?'' lol

Pretrip is pretty easy, just have to know the names of the junk you are pointing at and call it that and add the words, not bent broken leaking mounted securely etc.

In cab air brake test is 10 times more important, focus on that

    TequilaSunrise and DRAGON64 Thank this.

I'm good on the pre-trip,only thing I'm nervous about is doing my shifting. I'm at a truck driving school already,it's just been hard to keep going, and have to work at the same time. I was thinking about going to rohel, but I'm just going to stick with my truck driving school I'm with already.

Relax, take a deep breath and imagine that you were just assigned the truck and never saw it before. Walk around the truck and check everything for YOUR safety and peace of mind as if the last driver was an idiot and never inspected a truck in his life. Just remeber to call out what you are doing as the examiner can't read your mind.
