International LT 2018 buttons flashing isssue

Welcome to driving an LT. I'm in one.

As of right now:

1. All dash lights go on and off randomly 24 hours a day.

2. Bunk heater motor goes on and off 24 hours a day.

3. AC kicks on and off randomly. It gets mighty hot in this truck in Dallas when its almost 100 outside and the AC doesn't work.

4. Oh yea, did I mention when the AC doesn't work you can't control fan speed either, its stuck on speed 1.

5. AC fan on speed 1, the lowest speed, 24 hours a day. Cannot be turned off short of the master switch on the floor.

6. Lane departure system kicks off at 15 mph, and back on under 15mph. Constantly throwing a light on the dash in city traffic.

7. Check engine light is on for an EGR issue. Company refuses to fix.

8. Muffler fell off in Minnasota, got caught on the last airline going to the rear most axle on the trailer. Had it not, the car that was tailgating me at the time would have had a new hood ornament. Turns out there is a recall on the muffler mount for this truck. So no cost to my company but I lost time and miles waiting for it to be fixed.

9. I was driving in NW Georgia and suddenly my DEF gauge goes to 0. Engine derates. I limp it into the shop. Takes 4 days in a hotel room to get the part in. DEF sensor in tank went out. The hotel I was stuck at was less than 2 miles from my sisters house, but when I called they were not home that weekend. The story of my life right there.

Be glad the #### thing runs is all I can say.

 

I think you're on the right track with the harness.

 

It could also be an ECM module. That's whats wrong with mine and they won't fix it.

 

This should be the logo for International (based on my experience) because that would be the best use for any of the Internationals I have ever driven.
