    Inspection is on the vehicle. All transferable if it has the vin number on it.


    As for Michigan, I am on the same boat as the first time I came here now I don’t want to come back.

    I understand your question, in most states if you sell a car it has to be reinspected to the new plates. I was told on the truck the inspection stays with the truck.
    How ever this is second hand knowelege
