You would need to go through and look closely at payroll! I just found that they haven't been paying my husband the .31 -.38 cents a mile they promised but are paying .18 - .27 cents per mile! Also, they had told my husband that they paid $300 for orientation but he was only paid $50. This company will screw you over any way they possibly can!

In the three years that I have been there, they have never mailed out any paystubs. You have to go online to get it or go to your dispatcher. Also, you should make it a point to get it and be sure to check and make sure he get paid for the work he did. Is anyone having any problems getting miles with Knight....My hubby's only been getting between 1600-1800mls since he started there 6wks been the ago....This week it was 1900mls and he was out for 7days.

Does anyone get their pay stubs in the mail from Knight? worked 6wks and still no pay dispatch told him they're not mailing them out anymore. That if a driver needs one they need to come to the terminal and talk to their payroll person...[/QUOTE]

Sure they do. Short to medium haul regional hauls are their bread and butter. not expedited or long-haul freight. There are um teen publications and industry rags that have them quoting this.

If your doing under 2k a week in miles on a consistent basis and you have done what you are supposed to do as outlined in the employee manual? then it is time to find another place to hang your hat. Life is to short to not being making any money while away from home.

Oh the gall of these clowns ! I had my first few months of paystubs mailed to me. Then they quit arriving. After inquiring I was told I could go by any terminal and get it. Not true they tell you to go to your terminal. Oh sure, who needs a flippen pay stub ? Later they started the Planet Knight website which actually was and is very nice to be able to see your pay info at anytime. However not every driver has Internet access and believe me they know exactly which drivers scrutinize their pay, they still "forget" reimbursements on everybody but imagine what they pocket off those that don't even bother to look.

Every week I would have scales and tolls missing or po's for this or that. That's why you should be on daily pay, it's a quicker way to get your money.

Im an 0/0, for knight but after this week Im taking my truck somewhere else. I drove from portland oregon to LA, LA to fontana ca, to patterson ca, over 1400 miles and they deposited $80.75 into my account for this run. Sound like someplace you want to go to work for.?
