Maybe he has the paper upside down. Therefore, the bottom is the top.

I end up at some farmers yards occasionally that are just slime for the top 4 inches or so and you'll have no traction empty loaded, is fine but you can't get to the augar to get loaded

with large fleets its all about keeping the CFO ( chief financial officer ) happy the more they save on overall costs the better putting auto shifts in trucks is all about that cause in the long run it will reduce overall maintenance and ware on the gears which means dollars saved.

    Not to mention fuel savings.

I drove two identical trucks. One was a 2014 Cascadia with a 10 speed. Oh it was cool, banging gears, big pride, oh yea the whole 9 yards. But it got about 6mpg loaded 7 empty.

Now I drive a 2016 identical except for the tranny is a 12 speed. I get over 9 empty and about 7 loaded. The fuel savings is substantial, I'm not getting NEARLY the Loves rewards points I was in the standard.

You're getting the same mileage with a 2016 cascadia as you can get with a 97 fld that's nice

I was thinking the same. My '96 FLD 10/D60 was getting that.

Try to take my auto, there will be blood in the suppers. I guarantee it.

Been driving since '98. Handled 8 speed, 9 speed, 9 speed top two, 10 speed, super 10, and 13 speed. I'll keep my 12 speed auto, thanks. And that goes for ALL weather and ALL road and traffic conditions.

Well yeah they are better fuel economy and no worry about drivers messing up clutch. All in all smart business decision.

Those listed are bottom feeders not top trucking companies and they hire steering wheel holders not truck drivers..

These people thinking 7 with an aero truck is wonderful just makes me laugh if I'm only at 80,000 or a little less I'm guessing my w9 would about that
