Some companies like Landstar if you do not have flawless logs and never make a mistake you are OK. Other companies are kinda lax on all of the communist rules. Does Mercer fire you for any slight errors with logs? For example at my current company I sometimes forget to enter the load data in my Qualcomm such as the BOL and trailer number when I have a much of drop n hook in one day. Will Mercer jump on you about that?

They expect you to expect the rules. That being said, nobody is perfect and they won't bust your balls over clerical mistakes. But if it's habitual, you won't last long here.

not sure about the guys that use qualcomm but on JJ Keller it just has a place to put BOL or load # when you log in. Nice and easy. I've never had an issue with the log dept.

but if you think you can run outlaw here you won't be here long.

Been at Mercer for 1.5 years. Still forget to put the load number in or pre/post trip. Haven't had anyone say a word to me about it....... Yet!

I do get the call and email about maintenance reports though. Aside from that, haven't heard a word about anything else.
