I've already made more then last year

Well I cant go back in time and erase those incidents. I'm mainly trying to put some sort of positive spin on it and hope for the best while also trying my best . I can keep beating myself up about them all day everyday or I can move on and do better .

You might have the wrong perception about me listening to music or just not caring when backing. Def not true , I'm usually on pins and needles because I know I lose my job If I have any other incident. And even before that I felt extremely panicked backing in tight spaces because theres not much room for error .

The first one was actually my first back by myself to a live load In my first week of driving. 8 months later that was the most difficult setup I've had ever so far. Looking back at it I would've refused to attempt it . If I went back there today id ask yard dog to do it or simply face the consequences while not risking my career on an almost impossible maneuver

 

I meant it when I said I am on your side. I will always direct my comments on these kinds of subjects just like a safety person will as well. I do not blow sunshine up a rear either. I'm direct and to the point in these matters. Just like that Marine in Full Metal Jacket was trying to keep those men alive during Vietnam, I am doing my best to make sure you have a long and prosperous career as a trucker. After 3 incidents in 8 months! What do you think a safety man will say to you? @brian991219 feel free to chime in on this!

One of the teachers I had in school was someone I hated! I could not stand that man. He made me work and would not accept shotty work from me. Long story short! When that man died I was a pallbearer at his funeral. To this day I think he was one of the greatest teachers I ever had. Just because someone is in your face does not in every case mean they are just being a Richard! Just keep that in mind, please!
