I've changed my USDOT number to Intrastate but it reverts to Interstate?

    I've filed a MCS150 multiple times trying to get my carrier operation to intrastate from interstate why wont it stick? I file it right on the website fmcsa.dot.gov

    I think you might need a separate number. With or without the current Interstate number.

    Give the FMCSA a call. They should be able to help you. I accidentally changed mine from interstate to intrastate awhile back when updating my mcs150. Wanted me to go through the whole new entrant deal after correcting it. Got the right guy to straighten it out.
