Get in touch with your normal dispatcher ASAP on Monday to see what they plan to do with you. Weekend & night dispatch is never much help. I've heard guys who dead head well over 400 miles to get home.. The farthest I've ever had to DH home was 157 miles. So who knows. Guess you'll just have to wait and see. If you asked to be home, they'll get you home.

Anywayyyyyyyyys I must have passed you on my way through. I was the t660 heading north. Blue, didn't wave today wasn't in the mood. Although I did wave to a few. I passed like 10 schugel trucks on my way up. I'm posted in tomah terminal right now lol -
Today? I don't think that was me lol 39/90/94 in WI always has a convoy of Schugel trucks going back and forth. My trip today was from beaver dam ohio, to south Beloit Illinois. Got here with 10 mins left on my 70, and used those remaining 10 minutes to get fuel.

Here @ New Ulm. There's 23 loaded trailers on the loaded side. Atleast 30 trucks, and a Central Refriderated trailer here....LMAO....duh hell is going on....anyways see what up in the morning for how they will try and attempt to get me home for thanksgiving.
-
I was at the new ulm terminal last week, that central trailer was still there and a florilli truck was parked there for the night lol. I also tried that Mexican restaurant for the first time, food was excellent! Did you speak with dispatch about heading home yet?

Nice. Yeah, going to deliver this load and I talked to Travis. I told him don't plan me on anything and he decided the best way to get me home anyways was to dead head me 254 miles after I drop this load in kraft. So, my day was rough but I still managed 475 miles, after I blew a tire 54 miles from the WI MN boarder going east. Luckily it was an older trailer so I was able to bring it to onalaska to a place called pops or somthing along those lines. Got it fixed then hit the storm after tomah. I'm shut down now because the roads are iced. Saw plenty of jack knifed trucks and cars in the ditches or over the shoulders. It's that time of year again. Seperate a the men from the boys.
The Challenger Thanks this. -
I hope y'all had a happy thanksgiving! I am going to thoroughly enjoy these next 3 days off 😎 then I'll be staying out until Christmas.

So after I finally passed the backing test I needed a truck, so they sent me to Portage, WI to the Petro to pick up a Kenworth. Luckily, I only had to drive it from there to the Tomah Terminal to drop the van and pick up a reefer, then down to Kraft in Madison, WI and onto the Columbus Terminal to pick up my assigned truck; a 2013 Cascadia.
They t-called my load in Columbus and re sent it in my new truck. The load dropped at Kraft in Bethlehem, PA, then they let me go home for a day, like I asked. The next evening they had me over at Barnes and Nobles picking up a load of books going to MN. I'm really hoping I can make it by Monday, early morning, so I can get those miles in, if not, oh well. -
Nice you finally got it, congratulations!
