Intrastate Authority if you plan on hauling within certain states... Some need it....some don't
Just opened new company, what else do I need?

"Cause your truck is your office".............
NO, Not a good idea.......Things are Hectic Enough out here...The Last thing a Driver needs isa to be a Clerical office person while operating a truck....(Tooo much work for what rates are paying)
Wait till you get home,.,,,,Find an empty room in your hoime..Make it your office..(Excellent tax write off for me of over $500 per month) You cant Write off office space in a truck....
nevertheless......You will do nothing buit Stress yourself out making Bills and Faxing stuff inside your truck..Instead of Relaxing and enjoying a good meal.
Bills can wait a few days till you get home.... If Brokers dont like it..Thats Tough! I simply tell them I make Bills when Im in the office -
Why an LLC?

I just found this post: http://www.thetruckersreport.com/tr...30081-interstate-vs-intrastate-authority.html
Very rarely I did pick up and delivery in one state and for the 2013 that happened to me 3 times in UTAH. So how much does it cost to add intrastate for all the states, except New York and California, another $300 or more? -
Cetane+ Thanks this.
