Whether he’s a recruiter or not the consensus is most aren’t impressed with the 8 week deal. Some guys want that setup so maybe this thread will help them at least .

Let me guess... pedal speed is 62, right?

So not only are they taking the adaptive cruise radar (that can see through the darkness) out of the loop by disabling the cruise control when headlights are on in the name of safety, they are now limiting earning potential by slowing the vehicle down even further below the speed limit at night?

And as a former recruiter, I, too, firmly believe this is a recruiter, not a driver.

(Yes, @REO6205 , I left the recruiting office in August and am now the Director of Safety and the Driver Services Manager, I just didn't make an announcement here.)

If you’re going to give them an option like that, at least give them condo trucks, not sardine can themselves in midroofs

Why are pooing on them? What did they do to you? Why does it matter to you so much where someone works? You're refusing to accept the notion that someone just may be happy there. Does your company not have malcontents? You say they're bottom of the barrel.....by your standards. They could be gold to a lot of drivers.

Now you're pooing on another person's job. I don't understand this at all.

Congratulations on the promotion. Be careful though, every thing you do will be scrutinized by upper management. You're now the guy on the hot seat or, as a mega company CEO described his ex driver middle managers..."It's just perfect, they're smart enough to do the job and dumb enough to think anyone cares." Good luck to you. I mean that.

I agree 100 percent with everything you said. I, however, felt like that driver should have communicated that it was a bad plan. Sometimes the driver has to force the company to start over in load planning. The night dispatcher said that in so many words in the video, I agree with him honestly. You can't allow yourself to be pushed to a point of unsafe practices.

That's a lot of the problem that pay never came close to compensating us for all the wink wink legal stuff we used to pull off outside the lines. It's crazy that i run mostly legal now an don't make anymore then when i ran my self into the ground running creative logs.

The point is, it’s not just me that believes that this Big Sean is a head recruiter over at K&B Transportation. it is the fact that he deliberately lied yet he claims to be a driver with so much inside information that only a driver manager, or even somebody else higher than that would know such as the Director of recruiting, which I firmly believe who he is. Also if he isn’t, then I challenge him to come out and tell us who he really is.

Finally, for the record, I have nothing against K&B. I just have something against the fact that a recruiter would pose as a driver and post inside information that only some higher-ups would know. You get more with sugar than you get more with vinegar, which is what Big Sean is bringing to the fire here.
